Very many thanks to all the parents, siblings, families and friends, who have allowed us to share their experiences on this site.

SANDS support services are open to anyone affected by the death of a baby, however long ago, whether you are a parent, family member or health professional.

For Mia

With Peter Pan and Tinkerbell,
We know that's where you are.
In a land of rainbow colours,
So near and yet so far.
We can't reach out to hold you,
Or take your tiny hand.
And although the pain still cuts me,
We've begun to understand.
You will always be our baby there,
Never will you grow.
But we will always love and cherish you,
And this we Hope you know.
