When parents leave hospital after the death of their baby it can mean a lot if they can have something tangible to take home with them to show that their baby really existed.

The memory card was created to help parents think about what they might like to do. The four page booklet has space for:

the baby's name and details,
a photograph,
hand and footprints,
a lock of hair (or a second photograph if the baby was born without any hair),
and includes room for the parents to write down memories of their baby.

Printed on ivory card, it features delicate flower designs of the Viola (wild pansy) which is known as "heartsease", the Snowdrop which represents "hope" and "consolation" and the bluebell which represents "everlasting love".
