Postage Charges

Postage is charged at a flat rate according to destination.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your order quickly, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Overseas orders

If you are not from the UK, please process your order as normal. We automatically charge for postage overseas as above however reserve the right to request any difference if this is considerable.

If you would like to email the details of your order to shop(at)uk-sands.org and details of delivery we can then send you a quotation for postage costs to your country. We can then take your credit or debit card payment either by telephone on 020 7436 7940 or fax 020 7436 3715.

Returns and Refunds

We appreciate your custom and will endeavour to deal with any situations regarding dissatisfaction with our service and products as quickly as possible.

To allow us to deal with your query quickly and effectively please keep all acknowledgement emails and quote your Shop Number Id and Sagepay reference number in all correspondence. You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods.

Orders cancelled within 7 days of being placed will be refunded in full upon receipt of any returned goods in their original condition (if your order has already been dispatched).

Where only a partial refund is required postage costs will not be refunded except at the discretion of Sands Shop.

Goods received must be returned unused and in their original packaging to:

Sands, 28 Portland Place, London, W1B 1LY.

Please ensure when returning goods you request proof of posting and we ask that you please send the item(s) by recorded delivery to the above address. Please contact us prior to returning any goods in this way.

Faulty goods will be refunded in full, including postage costs. We appreciate your feedback and value your custom.
