CSG for Stillbirth
Since 2011, national Sands has been funding a Clinical Study Group (CSG) for Stillbirth. This is a group of experts, who meet regularly to focus on the direction and funding for research into stillbirth. CSGs are used in various areas of health, such as cancer research, to promote collaborative work between scientists and researchers, to help prioritise the best research projects and get funding for those projects. The CSG for Stillbirth is chaired by Professor Gordon Smith, professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Cambridge University.
