Jakes Charity

This is the name given to the National Maternity Support Foundation, a registered charity set up following the tragic stillbirth of Jake Canter due to the nearest maternity unit being closed.

The National Maternity Support Foundation campaigns to ensure maternity services are available, accessible, safe and well resourced. They strive to ensure parents have informed choice in their care and support research into the causes of stillbirth and neonatal death.
