Grand Union Canal Walk

Come and join family and friends of Heather Rous to welcome her home after her 146 mile walk in memory of her grandson James. She is aiming to raise £10,000 during this marathon walk.

Saturday 21st August at Brindley Place Bandstand, Birmingham City Centre

A Starry Night, Masquerade Ball

Swindon Sands are holding a Ball on Saturday 28th August at Alexandra House, Wroughton, Swindon

The evening starts at 7pm.

Tickets are £40, to include a BBQ buffet banquet, a welcome drink and a glass of wine with your meal, entertainment and a disco. There will be a raffle and a balloon release.

Tayside Sands annual walk

On Sunday 12th September Tayside Sands are holding their 3rd annual walk to raise awareness of and funds for the Why17? campaign and the support they provide in the local area.

Starting at 12 noon you can join the walkers for the full 17k walk from Camperdown House, Dundee to the Dundee rail bridge and back again or you can just walk to the bridge. Food and drink will be provided at the half way point.

Sponsorship form are available but not essential, however each walker will be asked to pay an entry fee of £5.

Forget Me Not Fun Day

The Forget Me Not Fun Day from 11am - 3pm on Saturday 18th September is being run with East Berks Sands and Dedworth Green First School in Windsor to improve the services supplied to bereaved families at Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. It will incorporate a sponsored walk and many stalls including bouncy castles, tombolas, pick a duck, shoot out, archery etc!

Blackpool 12th Annual Remembrance Service

All families who have experienced the death of a baby are welcome to attend this non-religious service.

It is being held at Blackpool Winter Gardens, The Baronial Hall on Sunday September 26th at 3pm
