New Group - Huddersfield Sands

We are delighted that a new Group, Huddersfield Sands, are up and running. They are offering support by phone on 07867 912987and email huddersfieldsands(at)yahoo.co.uk They will have their first support meeting on Wednesday 7th March at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

They would welcome support for their new committee and if you are interested in getting involved please contact either Rachael or Gareth on the above.

 

New Group in Staffordshire forming 1st April 2012

Cheshire East and North Staffs Sands have been successfully running for nearly 2 years. Due to the wide geography they cover and the number of parents they have been supporting, they have decided to form 2 Groups - Cheshire East Sands and Staffordshire Sands.

They are looking for volunteers to join them. If you are interested in being part of the new committee, please contact Carole, Cheshire East and North Staffs Sands Chair on chair.cens_sands(at)yahoo.co.uk by Fri 27th Jan for a meeting on 6th Feb to discuss the different roles.

To launch the new Group of Staffordshire Sands there is a sponsored walk up Snowdon on 12th May. Over 70 walkers have signed up so far and monies raised will benefit both Groups.
