Please ensure that you register with us. Please complete the online below. Once we have received your completed form a member of the Fundraising Team will be in touch regarding your fundraising efforts. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Fundraising Registration Details
Please let us know as much as you can about the event you are planning or taking part in by filling in the form below. This will help us to assist you and your fundraising efforts as best we can.
Once we have received your completed form one of the fundraising team will be in touch as soon as possible. However should you need to talk to us about your ideas, or have any questions about your planned fundraising then please call us on 0845 6520 448 or email fundraising(at)uk-sands.org.

We really appreciate you considering raising funds on our behalf – thank you. Your support will help us to continue assisting those needing our support after a baby has died and to fund research investigating why so many babies are stillborn or die neonatally each year.
