Fundraising Registration Details
Please let us know as much as you can about the event you are planning or taking part in by filling in the form below. This will help us to assist you and your fundraising efforts as best we can.
Once we have received your completed form one of the fundraising team will be in touch as soon as possible. However should you need to talk to us about your ideas, or have any questions about your planned fundraising then please call us on 0845 6520 447 or 448 or email fundraising(at)uk-sands.org.
If you're not sure what you would like to do and are in need of some ideas – we're here to help, just give us a call or go to Organise your own event!
We really appreciate you considering raising funds on our behalf – thank you. Your support will help us to continue assisting those needing our support after a baby has died and to fund research investigating why so many babies are stillborn or die neonatally each year.
Please note that fields marked with * are required to be filled in.
Please make sure that you have read and familiarised yourself with our "Keep
it Safe, Keep it Legal" and also our "Terms and Conditions for Fundraising" before you submit the form below. You will find both of these within our Fundraising Resources Centre.
