Alice & Nigel Adderley – created an online donations page in memory of their son Max and have so far raised £2,500

Glen Allgood – taking one of Sands places in the British London 10k run raised £777

Deb Bourn – once again joined the rest of the Sands’ ladies team for the Women’s Hydro and raised £54 in memory of Alice

Mark Edlin – ran in the Windsor Half Marathon raising £1,404

Andrew Edwards – 10,000 foot tandem skydive to raise £600 in memory of his daughter Abi

Mike Hobbs – Great North Run in memory of his daughter Sara Jane £1,401

Karen Leask – held a charity night and raised £2,021

Carol McKean – took part in the Great South Run in memory of her son Nathan and raised £1,756

Colin & Cathy Pigeon and the two brave granddads – celebrated Christmas Day with a sponsored swim on Mullaghduff Strand in County Donegal in memory of Daisy. Between them they raised over £2,600

Mhairi Rodrigues – embarked on the challenge of a lifetime and joined a fundraising trek in Brazil. Dedicated to the memory of her friend’s daughter Amélie she raised over £6,000

Carmen Snowdon – held a ‘Gifts from Grace’ Gala evening and a golf tournament and raised £2,970

PITO fundraises for Sands – Andy Clark and his colleagues from PITO (the Police service of England, Wales & Scotland in areas of Information Technology) raised an impressive £2,140 for Sands at their charity auction in Manchester
